At present, Scrum agile software development and management technology is an effective software development process management model, which has been widely used in a variety of scale enterprises, and has been recognized by many enterprises. For the student of software engineering, Scrum agile software development and management technology is an essential knowledge to the future software development management in practice, but most students still only know the theoretical knowledge of Scrum which effect the practice of software development. So the author try to find the differences of Scrum agile development between the enterprises projects and student projects, analyzes the problems that the student will meet during the process of learning Scrum, and emphasis helping the student to apply Scrum agile management method in practice quickly. In this paper, the author using "Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum "to handle the problems will encounter during the study process of Scrum, in order to help inexperience student grasp and apply Scrum in the shortest amount of time. This paper first describes the application of Scrum agile software development and management technology in every stage of the student projects, which combining the characteristics of the student and actual effecting factors analysis of class hour limitation and so on. The research analyzes the problem of uncertainties and challenges when using Scrum, which using method of questionnaire and survey to collect these problems and sorted in order of priority, then focus on analyzing the problems with high probability and using experience as well as reference data to create corresponding strategies, which finally make a strategy library. Besides that, in order to constantly update strategy library, we use a Scrum teaching website to add new problems and strategies, which enhance the efficiency of searching strategy library then quickly deal with the problems of Scrum learning, so, the inexperience student will fast learn the application and practice of Scrum using minimized cost of time.Then, In order to ensure the effectiveness of "Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum " method, we conduct a study depending on the student project of Blekinge Institute of Technology and we will combine the characteristics of students to do the research about fast grasp method of Scrum which based on the control of study process, in detail, we will start research respectively from the method of fast responding to the problems of scrum learning steps and Scrum learning process control based on the study pattern classification to make student maintain the best study state in every stage. After that, evaluating the quality of the "Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum" based on the process control by measuring and assessing the workload and satisfaction of student, as well as comparing with other management methods of software development, which will improve the teaching quality of Scrum for the inexperience students and make a reference for the further research.This research doing the learning pattern classification of student based on the SVM algorithm which combined with the process control of each stage of the Scrum learning process to makes student achieve the best learning status at each stage. Then comparing the working time in the situation of same workload and using student satisfaction survey to analyze learning degree of Scrum and try to prove the effectiveness of Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum, in detail, we using the Gantt bar to check the consistency of development process and evaluating the scrum learning effectiveness by analyzing the resource allocation graph on the premise of the same workload. Because the Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum collecting the data and providing reference resources through the website, the student can easily find the strategies to the problems by searching the website, and new problems and strategies of every new cycle can be recorded to update the library of problems and strategies, which helping student quickly find the problem and the corresponding strategy continually. The use of combining with pattern classification and stage control improves the efficiency of the development for beginners as well as save time cost. Besides that, we conduct the research from the view of learning efficiency, and try to verify if the method of Quickly Response to the Problems of Learning Scrum could enhance the learning efficiency by analyzing the user satisfaction survey table, then using Likert table to evaluate the result. The result proves the QRPLS method after pattern classification and process control will help inexperienced student to improve the learning efficiency of Scrum.As the propose of getting the effective teaching data, this paper carries on the data collection and the result analysis through the questionnaire survey research method.
