The Application For Web2.0 Technology And SCRUM Software Development Process In Microsoft Chat Project

This paper is mainly about Microsoft Chat project based on Web 2.0 technology and SCRUM software development process. The core of research is Microsoft project.It dose mostly put its mind on the entire project process for every software life cycle, from scattered thoughts to specific requirements,from software architecture to detailed design, from implementation of system to process control, finally from test to deployment and release, and introduce the development standard, the risk control, the bug management, the product issue and so on crucial stage. On the one hand, the most important thing is to use Chat project which makes everyone can understands the business logic in this paper, so that readers focus on the software process, architecture and design, development processes and standards from the complex needs and business analysis. On the other hand the Scrum software project management and process control were discussed with the real project, it shows the inevitability of software process in complex projects, and makes the most effective reduce the risk of failure and improves software quality and commercial value. In addition, in the article we will also discuss the Web2.0 related technique, show the new experience which brings to the user with web2.0.The reason why Microsoft Chat project is act as the main line of our discussion in this paper. On the one hand, because this project is easy to understand, more importantly, with its typical and representative. The first is a good framework to use the B/S structure and C/S framework for the integration of the three-tier architecture, followed by the strict norms, from the programming plan to document standard, to management of the process standard; Finally, the project which involves the topical application development are more popular, broader application of technology, development tools such as Visual Studio, Sql Server, Visio; design will use UML; involves C#, Web Services, XML, Ajax, and so on during the development. Based on the study project will also involve the application of these technologies, so as to achieve the project more comprehensive and accurate description, but will not discuss these technologies and are not the scope of this paper.During the research with Microsoft Chat projects, this paper has the following achievements:1) Implement Microsoft Chat Project according to Software Engineering, through the project summed up the general development of the laws, procedures and priorities;2) Use Web2.0 technology in this project, discuss the good experience throught it 3) Gain the valuable experience and methods of effectively managing the project and assessment in the SCRUM development process.
