In our country, with the application of information technology in themanagement of computer system is becoming more and more deeply and widely, thefunction and structure of the original information system is not suitable for the collegestudent management system requirements. The student information management system, the existing appearedinformation delay, statistical query speed slow question, students at the othermanagement departments are facing greater pressure of work.Aiming at the above problems, put forward the development of Harbin RailwayTechnical College student management system, including user management function,log view function, training plan maintenance function, student informationmaintenance function, students’ inquiry statistics function and real-time notificationfunction. To solve the problems in roll management fundamentally, has a role inpromoting teaching and management of schools..Harbin Railway Technical College student management system using Dephilanguage combined with front background SQL Server2008database for collegestudents archives management, support the business level, students at school, class ofthe school of common management and sharing of data, on the students’ basicinformation, student information, rewards and punishments, search, analysis andstatistics. This system mainly usesthe C/S structure, the prospects of using the DEPHI language combined with thebackground SQL Server2008database design and implementation.Detailed design and Realization of the4parts of the system including usermanagement, log view, training plan maintenance, maintenance, query statisticsstudent information student, real-time notification function module. The usermanagement using MD5to encrypt user data processing. While real-time notificationmodule using SMS to inform the notice for real-time.5test parts, including student management system of work and prepare theenvironment, unit test, integration test and system test.
