| A measurement control system of snowmelt was designed in this paper. When the electric film attached to the back of the antenna heating, the snow and ice will melt, so snow can’t affect transmission of satellite antennas.The measurement control system consists of sensors, heating modules, field control unit and remote control software. In terms of hardware, we Designed circuit about On-site monitoring and control devices, that contains a reset circuit, digital to analog conversion circuit, microcontroller circuit, temperature setting circuit, serial port expansion circuit, panel key coding circuit, CAN bus communication circuit. Then we wrote a microcontroller program, there are start/stop, get work status, data transmission/reception, digital display, interrupt, analog to digital conversion and communications procedures. On the software side, we designed remote control software interface by VB. we testd the measurement control system, the results demonstrated to be achieve the desired functionality.This system was working well under the snow weather in the experiment:the snow on the surface of antennas was melted and not frozen. |
