With the development of society, high-tech deepens to every level of our lives in a different form. Satellite communications as an outstanding representative of the field of communications, has quickly deep into the political, economic, military, scientific research in all areas of social life, has become an important modern distance education techniques. With the continuous development of science and technology, satellite communication is gradually to a high-power, digital, large capacity and high safety direction, this proposed to the satellite ground receiving system performance a higher request, requests the ground tracking station antenna to have to aim at the satellite strictly. Because the satellite antenna control room is mostly located on the mountain or the suburb tall building top layer, the working conditions are very bad, the electromagnetic radiation is serious, the influence on the set personnel's health is also serious, therefore, it has the great significance to develop the long-distance control satellite in order to protect the set personnel's health and to improve the quality of satellite communication.In this study, the remote control digital satellite antenna systems, use the computer technology combined with the antenna control technology, integrating MCS - 51 SCM as satellite antenna controller, with Eb/No corresponding instructions signal as tracking signal, automatic control star-search, realize to star, Realizing antenna automatic accurate alignment satellite, accessing the PC, which links with the MCU antenna control system, and storage antenna system parameter material , to computer networks, with client/server mode, Using the computer network to satellite antenna control parts by remote control . The study use s the he digital satellite days control receiver using the microcontroller as the core for Angle signal and satellite signal strength collection, divided the signal to the PC as a server record, through computer generating control signals, and giving feedback to the microcontroller to make satellite antenna to star precision. The system platform adopted C/S computation mode, using computer network, as well as realize accurate control of satellite antenna, and can be remotely.This thesis is mainly responsible for satellite antenna remote control systems PC remote control platform part of the development. This research use VS.net as system development platform for the server and the client application development, use Microsoft Sql Server 2005 platform for database management, database design, management and maintenance , use a connectionless UDP protocol as a server and client communication protocol for communication , use Socket programming to realize server and client communication, use a remote control for satellite antenna platform to realize the remote control.This thesis makes full use of satellite antenna theory, computer communication theory, computer remote control theory and database management of relevant knowledge , analyzes the remote control digital satellite antenna technology, and mainly introduces the PC remote control platform development and database design, briefly introduces the calculating corresponding to different site accept different satellite receiving the antenna elevation Angle, azimuth, records and looking for different satellite drift rule and real-time display satellite antenna pointing method of relative satellite. This system avoids time-consuming artificial adjusted the disadvantages of the antenna. The system has swift speed to point itself at the satellite. It has high precision and friendly human-computer interaction interface. The study can direct service at the place which needs accurate to stars, such as remote education, broadcasting television, scientific exploration etc. The study can be applied in satellite antenna test control experiment field, and has high use value and popularize value.
