The research of wireless network communication technology has obtained a lot of achievements in the recent stage, and the continuous progress of information technology makes people’s life more convenient. With the attention of the society to the information industry, the application of high-speed Internet communication network is gradually deepening in all walks of life, and has been improved by the traditional wired connection into the current wireless connection. Ad hoc network topology is changing, but the realization of the synchronous transmission of data, voice, video and other information in a more difficult environment. Therefore, whether civil or commercial or military, it has a great development prospects.Ad Hoc network has been the focus and focus of research in the field of wireless mobile communication.Based on the above situation, according to the Ad Hoc node in the network security design and the realization of data transmission diversity requirements of the signal transmission of Ad Hoc network nodes in CSMA protocol using two binary tree conflict decomposition algorithm, and presents an embedded hardware implementation scheme, using the key the design and implementation of FPGA module CPU Access module, Data Filter module, Cipher-Access communication module and the channel, the scheme of hardware password encryption using the password chip, and presents a dynamic weight set in the FPGA internal operational data filtering mechanism, and improve the channel utilization, improve the system throughput, to reduce the waste of channel resource and enhance the system safety and reliability aspects of its performance.In this paper, based on the Quartus II 12.0 to build verification platform, and the use of MATLAB,ModelSim and other tools to verify the function of the system, the design of Ad Hoc network system in the 50MHz input signal frequency, with good timing.This provides some research value for the Ad Hoc based FPGA network system.
