In the dissertation,a wireless communication node is designed based on Linux operation system using the hardware structure of ARM combined with FPGA.The node not only can link with wireless broadcasting station to provide stable and reliable wireless communication service,but also has the powerful ability to offer interfaces.The interfaces make it possible to communicate with acoustic signal processing unit,GPS receiver,digital compass module,depth sensor and USB data reading and writing device.The dissertation includes four parts:1.Transplant Linux operation system to Friendly ARM Nano2410 board. Develop part of interface application including RS232 series connection interface, USB host computer interface,Inter IC Sound Bus and Ethernet interface etc.2.Design a communication node.The hardware is designed in the advantage of low power consumption,taking a ARM chip as the main controller.It communicates with the control center through the direct serial spread station, communicates with the signal processing DSP through a FPGA chip.It also answers for receiving navigation data from GPS.3.Accomplish the logic conversion of the hardware interface,design the system synchronous impulse and interface.The FPGA program is modularized with the modules independent with each other,which increase the stability of the communication node.4.Transplant the operation system to buoy communication board,develop and debug the application.
