Research And Analysis On Employment Information Management System Of Graduates Of Baoshan University

With the reform of higher education, the employment of college graduates is no longer guaranteed by the government, instead of the two-way choice of employers and graduates. The college only plays a guiding role in the employment of graduates. As a local university, the students of Baoshan college enjoy the same employment policy as other colleges in which students and employers choose each other at the same time, therefore the college only functions as guide and managment in the employment of graduates. Statistics on the employment of graduates can effectively reflect the quality of education, but also provide effective reference to the adustment of specialities and the number of students for enrollment. Employment directly affect enrollment, the accurate and effective statistics of employment plays a key and decisive role in the development of local universities which serves for local social economy. In terms of employment management at Baoshan college, the current issue is to use the computer software for information management, data collection, data statistics.This thesis introduces the research background of the project and employment management information system of Baoshan college, the current situation of research and application home and abroad, and clarifies the main work of the thesis. In business analysis, this thesis gives a detailed analysis on the existing problems of graduate employment information management system, the organization, the original business process etc. and offers the reconstructed process. In functional analysis, it clarifies the function of the system by the use case analysis and use case description, and gives the overall function of package diagram and sub functions of package diagram including the graduate information management, recruitment management, unit management, employment agreement, the dispatch of graduates management, graduates tracking management, basic data management and system management. In data analysis, the thesis gives analysis on the data of all functions of the system, and provides the entity relationship diagram, the thumbnail, the establishment of a database table structure. Finally, the dissertation summarizes the study and analysis of the work and further work is prospected.
