Research On Employment Monitoring System Of University Graduate

Employment status of university graduate is the focus of all sectors of society, it is one of the important indicators to measure the education quality of a university, and it is also an important basis and reference for the government to make policy, to evaluate and supervise the employment status. A comprehensive, scientific and systematic monitor on the employment status of university graduate has great practical significance. The government attaches great importance to the establishment of university graduate employment monitoring system and its designing and developing. Experts and scholars in various fields are also active in the theory and practice of extensive research, and a series of fruitful research results has been made. However, there are still some shortcomings in some aspects: the systematic research on employment of university graduate is still less; the authoritative university graduate monitoring index system has not been constructed; the lack of support systems for decision making demand of the employment of university graduate. This paper is based on solving the above problems by implementing the strategy of"find out the status, systematically constructing and step by step."And it aims to find out the scientific monitoring indicator index and develop a scientific, rigorous and operational monitoring system. Thus, the monitoring of employment of university graduate is in line with norms of scientific theory but also to meet the needs of practical application.The research content and innovation include the following three aspects:1. Analyzed the demand of monitoring the employment of university graduate. Monitoring of employment of university graduate is a complex system. First of all , it needs to clarify the monitoring content based on the demands and features of the object, then transform the requirements into the basic functions, and at last to establish a scientific mechanism to ensure that the date collection, processing, distribution channels and monitoring work smoothly. The monitoring contents, basic functions and operating mechanism are the three key factors for consideration and research of the monitoring system of employment of university graduate.2. Designed a scientific monitoring model for employment of university graduate. This paper comprehensively analyzed and sorted out the monitoring index of employment of university graduate, raised the principles of constructing the employment monitoring system of university graduate. On the basis of this, this paper established a system index for monitoring employment of university graduate, and used the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the employment situation index which can demonstrate the employment status. Meanwhile, according to the features of employment data, this paper designed a database for the employment monitoring system of university graduate, chose the correlation analysis and fuzzy cluster analysis and other commonly used tools to construct the law mining model of employment situation of university graduate.3. Developed a monitoring system of employment of university graduate. Through the establishment of database, by data mining technology, according to software engineering thinking, on the basis of survey of the system structure and functions of the employment monitoring system of university graduate, these papers developed a monitor system which is in line with China's situation and meet the requirement for university employment. On one hand, by the construction of employment status monitoring index system, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, this paper completed the evaluation function of the employment status of university student, achieved the individual assessment on each university's employment status. On the other hand, from the perspective of typical case, this paper designed the database of employment monitoring system of university student, and achieved the sorting clusters and correlation research by using SQL Server 2008 analysis service tool which applying the data mining technology of clustering and correlation rules.
