Research And Analysis On Employment Management System Of Graduates Of Quanzhou Normal University

According to relevant statistics, there will be7490000graduates in2015,which is a high peak in the history in our country. The number of colleges and universities graduates in Fujian Province and graduates come from Fujian is expected to reach266000. The quantity is so large that the employment pressure and structural contradictions are still prominent. Graduates employment pressure has brought serious challenges to the university employment work.With the progress of science and technology, and the rapidly development of social information level, the Internet has been everywhere. The original employment management model is no longer adapt to the needs of social development, so it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the information level of the university employment management. This paper discusses the how to establish Quanzhou Normal University graduate employment management system by using modern information technology, how to make full use of computer network technology for the school, graduates, employers to build fast communication platform, how to realize the information mode of operation, reduce artificial operation process, speed up the transmission of information, improve the rate of employment of graduates, and employment quality, and work efficiency,This paper introduces the graduate employment management system’s research background, significance and the status of current research and application, points out the main research contents and tasks. It analyses the organization, the original business processes and the problems existing in the system, provide the transformation of the business process. In functional parts, we use case analysis and case description make the system function clearly. Given the system’s overall function diagram and package diagram sub functions, including student management, employment management, recruitment management and so on. In data parts, the paper analyses the function of the system and the process of the data, provide the entity relationship diagram, establish the database of table structure. The paper finally sums up the research and analysis of the work, and prospect the further research.
