The traditional artificial way electricity management, there are many shortcomings, such as:low efficiency, poor confidentiality, another time a long, which will produce a large number of documents and data. At present, some power supply bureau in urgent is need to develop a set of the electricity management system to adapt to some power supply bureau.It is introduced the research background of some power supply bureau electricity management system, with the project significance and current research and application status of the content and the main work of thesis research; In business analysis, which existing in the system, organization, the original business process are analyzed, which gives a modified business process; In functional analysis, through the case analysis and the use case description, It is clear the system function, which gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram, including accounting management, bill management, refund management, price management, integrated statistics, basic information management, system management package diagram;In data analysis, on the system each function of the need to deal with the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, and established the database table structure; It is finally summarized the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also is discussed.
