Research And Analysis On Management System Of Logistics Apartment In Guizhou University

With the continuous development of the economy and culture,school enrollment and the area of the school continuesly expanding, the pressure and difficulty of the student apartment management has gradually increased. It has become a top priority of the school logistics services.Therefore,the apartment management model depending only on the administrator’s manual operation is so far from meeting the requirements of modern apartment management.It is particularly urgent and necessary for the design of a modem apartment management information system in order to deal with tedious and complex routine apartment management. In this paper, the system is designed based on the background.Based on the apartment management of Guizhou University logistics management,the paper first elaborated the research background, combined with research and application of apartment management system of domestic and foreign universities.It clears the contents and the main work of this thesis.The apartment management system designs and develops by using three-tier architecture of ASP.NET MVC and SQL server database technology. It achieves the Guizhou University apartment management system with high practical performance. In business analysis, the paper uses the system function block diagram and the organization were analyzed. Through the use of comparing with the existing business process chart the optimization of the original business process has done. In functional analysis,the intended target is set according to the needs of the system.The system is divided into check for the freshman management, the graduates from the residential management,apartment maintenance management, the fees of apartment management, apartment materials management, apartment visiting management, basic data management and system management and so on.The function modules of system are elaborated based on the total package diagram of the system refined to each sub-function package diagram,the analysis and description of data collection, transmission, processing and storage of data flow.In the data analysis, the thesis analyzes the data needed to deal with for the various functions of the systems and the entity class diagrams are given, the database table structure are established. Finally, the research and analysis are summarized. However,as a result of the multi-reason, the development and application of the system is inadequate.It is also need to improve and reflect.Those problems appear in operational process in the future will be solved when the system maintains and upgrades for decision-making ability of the Guizhou University student apartment logistics management improving continually.
