Mechanical department skill competition interest group is a key way for building college brand and to enrich profession structure of Jiangmen Xinhui Mechanical&Electronical college of Technology.aiming at strengthening the professional construction and carrying out the pilot reform of personnel training programs,but also the school long-term participation in skills competitions at all levels of talent"reservoir".The program was began from 2007,the team has been gradually expanding.The scope of the project has ranged from a single teaching development to the use of auditoriums,including teaching inside and outside,arranging teacher to teach,examine teacher,manage score of students,recruit new management and selection contest management and other business.Traditional management is hard to adapt to the development of such a program,and either to a good service which is characteristic.Therefore,change the traditional management way,to import IT to reform the management model is very urge.The dissertation is bases on the background of interest group management in the school mechanical department skill competition,and discusses the current situation and application of this project at home and abroad.After in-depth analysis on the existing background questions,it also puts forward the content of the study and a clear thesis about the main direction and scope of work.The thesis consists of five parts.The core content is to sort out the current business and optimize the original management business according to the development trend of the project and the information technology.According to the optimization process,the system function and the dependence between them,a detailed description about package diagram is also given in the dissertation.And on this basis,the class diagram of the control of the system functions,the interface class and the relationship between the entity class is described.It also designs the entity class diagram and draw the structure of the database table.But it is still an inadequate summary and just puts forward future research direction in order to improve the system construction.Through the research and analysis of the business involved in the managementteam of interest competition in skills competition,I summarize the eight business management processes of the system.In order to build an effective management system,I use software engineering technology to draw the activity diagram,use case diagram and class diagram of eight business systems.On this basis,I draw the system entity diagram and design the database table.This effectively solves the problems such as inadequate monitoring of skills competition interest groups,cumbersome management,lagging manpower and slow feedback of information.It has realized the efficient management of programs such as the formation of programs and recruiting new skills for interest competition teams,and provided strong support for the schools to carry out skills competition and talent selection.
