In this paper, taking a important advance research item as application background, and the research object of this thesis is a micro recoil automatic mechanism. The whole system structure design of micro recoil automatic mechanism, interior ballistic numerical calculation, the analysis of the characteristics of buffer, kinematics and dynamics analyses of automatic mechanism without nozzle, structure stiffness and strength analysis of crucial parts are main question discussed in this paper.Firstly, structural principle of automatic mechanism has been analyzed, and the whole process design for automatic mechanism has been summarized. Next, this paper analyzes the design process in details of crossed cam, transmission system and breech mechanism. A without nozzle interior ballistics model is developed to simulate the interior ballistics process by MATLAB program before analysis of automatic mechanism. Under the detailed analysis of ring spring, buffer power and damping coefficient in recoil and counter-recoil process has been calculated. Secondly, Using multi-rigid body dynamics theory, establishing the dynamic model in the ADAMS simulation software to analyze dynamics of automatic mechanism. The result obtain recoil characteristic correlation curve. The opening time of nozzle be calculated by the inverse method. The result is consistent with analysis by verifying the data from FLUENT simulation software. Then through ADAMS and FLUENT simulation software comparing influence of micro recoil from different opening time and construction, conform a appropriate opening time and construction of nozzle. Finally, using ANSYS software analyzed breech block, drive gear and the unlock mechanism has got the stress diagram, strain diagram and deformation image. It is included that the key component meets the design requirement in shooting state. In this paper, the research methods and results have a certain reference value for researching design of small caliber gun and exploring new recoil reduction method.
