A new jet device has been designed for weapon in a particular way, which not only largely reduces the recoil when they fire but also don't influence any performance of weapons like the velocity of bullet. On the other hands, several similar weapons which have been put into production overseas will be introduced at the beginning of this paper.This paper don't adopt classical interior ballistics theory but one-dimensional homogeneous flow theory which is more advanced at present to simulate how the gas physical parameters change in the interior ballistics. Some knowledge about the mathematic theory and model of one-dimensional homogeneous flow theory; and its basal precondition, conservation equation and accessorial equation will be explained at first. Beside of this, a simulation program of this new design was also complied in Mac Cormack format to analyze the recoil of weapon with this new jet device in theory.The shooting experiment has been done on 7.62mm machine-gun with this new device in order to confirm the correctness of the simulation. High-speed photography was also applied to this experiment. In the experiment a series of images have been collected. The knowledge about Digital Image Processing like professional nomenclature and normally processing methods must be supplemented firstly. In order to do some further research, A Image Processing program was complied by VC, which easily judge the position of symbol.The last part of this paper is most about the process and theory of validation experiment. And those experiment images are also processed by Image Processing program we write before. At the same time, we compared the experimental outcome with theoretic results in order to find whether this new jet device could really reduce the recoil of weapons. And the experimental results is satisfying which also confirm the correctness of the simulation.
