As the development of MEMS and microfluidic chips, the research about micro fluid is becoming a sticking point, which has great significance to the control of micro fluid and design optimization of micro fluid devices. The finite element method is applied to the micro fluid analysis widely. Many softwares for fluid analysis are designed for finite element method based on macro fluid theory. Because of the influence of factors such as solid boundaries and surface tension on micro fluid, the result that computing by the existing softwares varies with the experiments result. We have to rewrite the codes. However, most of the existing finite element softwares are written by the language such as FORTRAN, C and so on.Therefore, some defects inevitably existing in the typical finite element sofwares can impede the development of finite element programs to a large extent. The object-oriented FEM programming is developed for more than ten years. This paper applies the object-oriented programming to finite element software for micro fluid. object-oriented programming language possesses its unique advantages which can improve the modularity, reusalility and expansibility of the softwares. In this paper,a frame of software for micro fluid analysis is implemented. We divide the whole program frame into four parts for the sake of strengthening the reusalility and expansibility: finite element model object , model analysis object, drawing object, and mathematics object. The classes and their methods, which describe model of FEM such as MFElement, MFNode, analysis of FEM such as MFAnalysis, mathematic objects such as MFMatrix, MFVector, etc. have been developed and implemented using the object-oriented programming language C++.The visual problem of processing the plane of FEM is discussed. Instances are given to show the practicability of MFA at the finality of the paper.
