Design And Realization Of Monitoring And Evaluation System For Elevator Maintenance And Supervision Of Lianyungang Quality Supervision Bureau

Recently, with the accelerated development of national urbanization, the land shortage in large and medium-sized cities, and the continually increases of high-rise building, the elevator has become an indispensable solution for transportation. Currently in China, there are more than 3 million elevators in service, whose amount increases progressively with 20 percent annually increase rate. As a result of lack of maintenance, a few of electric elevators crash frequently, especially old and senescent ones, which seriously influence the daily life of the masses. This issue becomes people’s pressing concerns, society and community also press for supervision and administration from relevant government agencies.Lianyungang Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau design an evaluation system for maintaining and administration for electric elevator, which is based on several universal problems, such as insufficient of power, backward pattern of administration and inefficiency. This evaluation system regulates behaviors of maintenance services, improves the regulatory effectiveness and quality of routine maintenance.This paper describes the design concept and explains the operation of this evaluation system; minutely introduces the background and meaning of system development, and related foundations theories; comprehensive analyzes current operation flow of maintenance and supervision, potential problems and requirements of system function; designs the operation flow of system platform software, the maintenance procedures, and system functions. Also, this paper tests and evaluates the system, analyzes the operation effects, which are both relied on tools and techniques, such as c#.net、sqlserver、rfid、vpn、pki, and so on.
