Reaserch And Implemention On Maintence And Test Administration Information System For Motor Vehicles

Over the past few years, with the rapid development and extensive popularization of computer technology, road transportation industry has witnessed many changes. The road transportation administration system of each province, municipality and autonomous region has been widely used in the departments of road transportation administration with the electronic file of operators, vehicles and practitioners of road transportation. Thus the information is shared within the administration institutions. In terms of the repair of automotive-vehicles, the comprehensive check-up stations and some repair companies have introduced the computer control system or the information administration system and filed vehicles repair & check-up history improving their company administration skills. Though the administration sectors and the administration systems just realized the longitude information share, there is still information gap between the administration systems and the control of the whole company and even within the administration systems.As the road transportation develops, the administration sectors and road transportation enterprises of all levels are coming up with more and higher demands for the information administration. In view of the new situations and tasks of the road transportation institutions and linking the theory and practice together, this thesis studies the theory, data administration and application of auto-vehicles repair & check-up administration information systems. The research results will contribute to establishing a unified information platform, realizing the enterprise data share of administration sectors, providing correct and scientific information for the macro policy and dynamic administration of auto-vehicle repair & check-up sectors and improve the operating level and competiveness of enterprises.Auto-vehicles repair & check-up industry administration information system consists of three sub-systems:repair industry administration sub-system, maintenance enterprise administration sub-system and check-up station information administration sub-system.Check-up station information administration sub-system utilizes a unified testing standard and testing items to assess the ranking automatically. It produces timely and objective technical data for the administration sectors and the management of road transportations by gathering, rating and presenting all the data of secondary maintenance, spring transportation testing and quality supervision sample check & testing.Certain above-mentioned research achievements have been utilized in several provinces and cities and attained an excellent result.
