As China’s economic and social development, new media as a new thing has the great advantage in technology and influence, to traditional media, how to make use of the continuous development of new media opportunities, combined with the development situation and its advantages, adapt to the changes of the demand in the light of its general trend, give full play to their own advantages, become the focus of development the transformation of the.Based on the background of the emergence and development of new media, research on A television marketing transformation problem. Firstly introduced the related theory of this research; then the development situation of A TV station to carry on the analysis, discovers the marketing problems, methods for the transformation of marketing is facing internal and external ministerial disadvantage were analyzed by SWOT analysis; for the research and design of transition A television marketing under the new media environment, provide development ideas for the transformation of marketing; on the basis of the research put forward to realize the transformation of the A television marketing countermeasure and suggestion, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of A television marketing transformation.
