Complex domestic and international economicenvironment and the impact of new media, the distribution of newspapers and magazines,marketing difficulty increase, the issue of business development bottleneck, in order toenhance the brand image, the pursuit of the distribution of newspapers and magazines,marketing effectiveness to maximize the " Southern Medical News "2013in thenewspaper distribution business, made a comprehensive marketing plan.This paper describes the background and significance of the topics, organizationalstructure and operating mechanism of the newspaper, followed by analysis of the externalenvironment and internal environment of the newspaper, combing summed up internalresources, management ability, and a comprehensive analysis of the SWOT method,summarized the opportunities and threats it faces and its own advantages and disadvantages,and through the STP model, detailed discussion of market segmentation, target marketselection and market positioning, content, and finally developed a marketing plan of"Southern medicine".This article aims to research, innovation newspaper circulation mode by marketing to the" Southern Medical News " to promote the issue of the newspaper market, increasecirculation, expand the issue of coverage, enhance the the newspaper brand image, increasethe newspaper’s advertising revenue.
