An Analysis Of The Impact Of News On Traditional News Industry

With the birth of websites such as Spot.us and the emergence of large quantities of successful cases, crowdfunding of journalism has lifted great mass fervor across the world. On November 29 th 2003, Crowdfunding Website joined the forum of “crowdfunding of journalism” officially, thereby becoming the first comprehensive crowdfunding platform with the function of crowdfunding of journalism in China. However, because of regulations, policies and operation mechanism and so on, crowdfunding of journalism have reached an impasse after temporary success in various countries, and it is developing slowly.Confronted with this situation, starting from the definition of crowdfunding of journalism, characteristics, classifications and development status of crowdfunding of journalism are combed, and the production operation mode that is different from traditional news is detailedly elaborated. On this basis, centering on the influence of crowdfunding of journalism on traditional news industry, and through analysis of positive and negative influence, the development countermeasures of crowdfunding of journalism in China are explored, so as to provide trains of thought for the supplement and integration of multiple media operation mode under new media environment.
