When the radio is no longer the fleeting, when the frequency resources are no longer scarce, when "everyone is the anchor" ideas win support among the people--these are symbols of "post broadcast era".In the new historical stage of development of the radio broadcast, as an important carrier of reflected radio transmission force, innovation program form becomes necessary and urgent action and the external environment--internal laws can satisfy the requirements at the same time give birth to the birth of broadcast Festival Audience and time demand new purpose.
