The Desigh Of WuXi Commerce Institute Of Teaching Management System And The Study Of The Course Dispatching Algorithm

Teaching management is the core work of school management, the work's complexity and integration need modern management methods. Teaching management lever can be promoted effectively by using the educational management of information system (EMIS).With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education , the working style of higher vocational school teaching manage will carry out the change. Depend on the campus computer networks , strike up a set of Educational Management Information System (EMIS). EMIS will meets the demand of managing the school with information in science and in modernization and assisting school managers to make right decisions.Basing on the existed teaching and administration system of Wuxi institute of commerce and the teaching administration experiences for years, it's a kind of teaching management information system that is designed to use under LAN and Internet net work environment.According to actual demand of school educational administration management,through contrast analyses to two kinds of structure--C/S and B/S , The article determinedoverall structure of the systems。The article has determined the development kit and develops the platform by comparing many kinds of development kit and the platform comparison, and based on the situation of .net platform development environment, introducing related .net technology briefly。The article has carried on the detailed design to the database, and constructed the database system taking SQL Server as the database platform. And given the educational administration management information system school register management, the result management, the teacher information, and so on several sub-module concrete realization processes.Course dispatching arrangement subsystem are studied deeply in the paper, corresponding algorithm is designed and implemented. In the heredity algorithm implementation, gene as well as fitness degree and cost functions are designed, single-point cross and variance operation have been improved, scale and generation number had been fixed on. The algorithm had been test in real circumstance, and the result shows that, curriculum arrangement efficiency promote dramatically. It is concluded that the algorithm can meet the demand of course dispatching arrangement for vocational college and have reference valuable to other similar system development.
