Research On Experiential News Design Based On Virtual Reality

With the advent of information age, more and more domestic and foreign media have chosen the data journalism which is based on the big data as a new report method. The media has taken advantage of data visualization methods,such as the information graphics and data table.At the same time,they tell the real story behind the news by digging,collecting and disposing fragmentation information and mass data. Although the data journalism owes the theme, the experience still depends on the 2D media,such as the graphic and webpage.In recent years, the rapid development of computer hardware makes the civilian use of virtual reality technology hardware equipment possible. Therefore, I hope the perceptibility of news report can be enhanced via the immersive experience brought by the virtual reality. The paper takes the data journalism report as the content of experience, and combines with the experience mode which is based on the virtual reality. Besides this, it also researches on the possibility of rapid reproduction of news spot, and shows the visualizing data information in 3D scene. All the above is in order to make the experience be personally of the scene and enrich the experience of data journalism. By the same time,the paper also refers the creation of interactive design which is based on the virtual reality technology.
