Analysis And Design Of Telecommunication Training Project Management System

Traditional training jobs have been shifted to the newly built web-based information system, and the attendance of trainers and trainees both become deeper and wider, which not only leads to the improvement of the effect of training, but also makes the management data electronization. This provides valuable first-hand information for further analysis of teaching, training and learning behaviors.In telecommunication training, tutors have been assigned for trainees. And different tutors may be different between professional skills and research directions. During the training procedure, a project is often designed by a tutor and assigned to a trainee based on his application. A trainee’s application reflects his interests and specialty towards the projects. However, to make every trainee satisfied with the assigned project is not easy. If the assignment is conducted manually, it would cost much human efforts. To tackle this problem, in this paper we propose a project assignment system for telecommunication training management. The goal of this system is to achieve a relatively fair assignment system, leveraging the trade-off between applications of different trainees. The system provides full management of project information and automatically project assignment to achieve a state of maximal satisfaction of both trainee and tutor.In requirement analysis, this paper presents the requirement analysis of the main aspects of telecommunication training, including user management, project management, application of trainee and project assignment. Several figures are adopted to make the presentation clear, including activity diagram, use case diagram, use case description table, data analysis diagram and class contracted diagram.In system design, this paper presents the detailed design of core aspects of telecommunication training, including the design of relations and details of functional code paragraph organized as package, the description of declaration of main methods in core classes, and the detailed design of the system database. Several figures are adopted to make the presentation clear, including package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, flow diagram, E-R diagram and database structure description tables.
