This thesis introduces the design and the implementation of the Service Quality Management Software for SZT.First of all, the article analyzes the requirement of user, and makes clear the destination of our task and its worthiness. Then the characteristics of the system are analyzed by structured analysis, such as the requirement of users, the core data-flow map of the system. The article studies the experience of other similar systems both at home and abroad, and clarified the individuation of the system by web project management. Next, the article introduces the system structure, the system logical relation, the model on development and the platform where it's running. To get the detail modules by the way of up-to-low structured design. Then the article introduces the key component of the system and introduces how to implement, such as the interface and synchronization between the system and the platform of hua-wei system, design new flow unrestrained, perfect recording of any status, the unity queue of affairs processing.In the last part of the paper, this article shows its own viewpoint in the aspect of the implementation of the optimizing strategies, the combining with other systems.
