| With the rapid development of the software technologies, applications have become much lager and more complex, and the level of the User experience has become much higher. How to improve the efficiency of software development, and put system into market in the shorter time with less cost have become more challenging.This paper describes the basic theories, values, principles, and development methods of Agile software development firstly, and then discusses the reason of CMM’s birth and development and introduces its the basic theory,core thought and main content.Then from the project management and technical aspects compare and analysis the traditional software development model and agile software development model. Then based on the above analysis, we design an improved agile software development model.The paper take License management system of A company as an example,after the requirements analysis deeply, the development process of improved agile software development model could be displayed perfectly by describing the six times iteration development.Finally, we assess the effectiveness of this improved agile software development mode, and come to a conclusion that the improved agile software development mode greatly improved project quality and production efficiency.We think that either traditional software development or agile software development,learn from each other will be the trend. |
