The paper first introduces the research background, the application of similar systems at home and abroad, the research target and the general work.This paper research the student apartment management situation of the Zhejiang Business Technology Institute. The functions of the system is consist of apartment arrangement, apartment condition check, apartment condition rating, apartment recycle* apartment log management and system management.The paper analysis the process requirements, and find the defects of the original process. And the rebuild the process, make them more efficient. In functional analysis, adopt the object-oriented method, according to the business process reengineering, and through the analysis of the role of use case analysis, to confirm the various roles in each business module, design the main use cases and second phase cases. corresponding to the main case, design the function modules, including:apartment arrangement, apartment condition check, apartment condition rating, apartment recycle, apartment log management and system management. corresponding to the second case design control class, and design the function entity class. Then, according to the function to deal with the data analysis of the relationship between the entity class, database table structure is established.
