Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Societies In Quanzhou Normal University

Quan Zhou Normal University is a newly-established local undergraduate university. The management of its students’clubs is in the condition of frequent replacement,and thus is always in the transition has stage from the old to the new Therefore, there are a series of problems in managing thesociety. The author has been working in this university for many years mainly occupying in the work of society organization thusbearing a profound understanding and accumulating fruitful experiencein the long-term work. Strict and practical, the author sets up the research subject as "data analysis and design of university society organization" by choosing Quanzhou Normal University as key researchobject through the methods of questionnaire survey and cases study.The aim of this thesis is to reflect on and explore the existing factors of problems in implementing Quanzhou Normal University’s society, and thus putting forward the solutions and precautions by applying modern software management for data analysis and design.The thesis will introduce briefly the research background, the significance, present study and its application situation of the university’s society management system, and ensure the content and major work of the research. In other words, the thesis will analyze the existing problems, institutional framework, the original business process and so on thus giving the optimized business process during the business analysis; it will ensure the system functions by using cases analysis and cases description to give the overall function package diagrams and its dependent function package diagrams including the diagrams of society member management, society rules management, society project management, society expenditure management, society data management and so on during the function analysis; it will also analyze the data needed dealing with in all functions of the system to provide the relation diagram of entity class and establish the database table structure. Finally, the thesis will make a conclusion to the research and work that have been done.
