Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Intelligent Tourism Vehicles

With the constant renewal of the information age, the rise of big data, cloud computing, the global information technology has entered a new period of development. As the foundation and pillar of the information industry, people have a clear understanding to the computer information processing functions and data value. At present, the tourism industry there are still some problems in vehicle management: operating vehicle management department of tourism personnel to monitor the running of the vehicle, can only rely on the phone and the driver was confirmed, cause on the driver’s traffic safety, in order to provide users with the ability of dispatching and monitoring, strengthening the management of vehicles, to improve the transportation efficiency and economic efficiency, effective control of vehicle scheduling and transportation process, this paper analyzes the existing problems of vehicle management of the tourism industry, and gives the vehicle scheduling management plan solutions, designed a set of intelligent vehicle management system of tourism planning, detailed description of the management function of the system. The practical application shows that the system can meet the needs of the tourism industry, the vehicle planning and management needs.This paper introduces the wisdom of tourism traffic planning management system research background, the significance of the project and the status of research and application at present, clear and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of the system, the organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, after the transformation of the business process is given; in function analysis, through the data flow analysis and data dictionary, the system function, structure function structure of system was given and each functional module, including vehicle applications, the deployment of vehicles, data management, status updates and other functional modules; in the data analysis, the various functions of the system needed the data were analyzed, the E-R chart is given to establish a database table structure; finally has carried on the summary to the research and analysis of the work, and the further work is prospected.
