Design And Implementation Of HaoMing Power Engineering Project Management System

The information managed by each system of engineering information management is mainly engineering cost information,and the comprehensive management system which aims for all kinds of information in the process of engineering construction is few.Therefore,based on the current system development technology how to realize the comprehensive management of system information,project information,audit information and statistical information in the process of project implementation is the main problem faced by each project implementation unit in the project information management.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a comprehensive management system for engineering information.the system,based on B/S architecture design and implemented by Java programming language,stores and schedules all kinds of data through MySQL database.The system mainly designs four main functional modules,such as system management,project management,audit management and statistical analysis,and realizes 10 sub-functions including user management,post management,authority management,project management,implementation management,project closure management,preliminary examination management,final appeal management,overall statistics and detailed statistics.Among them,the system management function can realize the management of all kinds of user information,such as financial personnel,engineering personnel,business personnel,engineering management personnel,etc.,can set up kinds of functional departments according to the needs of the project,such as finance department,engineering department,Ministry of commerce,etc.,also can assign permissions according to the specific business requirements for each department staff.Through the project management function module,it can manage project related information of project,such as project information reporting,project contract upload,project cost evaluation,designating project director,etc.,can manage the related information in the process of implementation such as the project cost,project progress,engineering materials,also can manage the related information in project settlement,such as project cost,subcontract,contract audit.The audit management function module includes two sub-functions,i.e.,preliminary review and final review,which can make double checks for the relevant data of project settlement and invoice emerged in project settlement,to ensure the accuracy of the data in the process of project settlement.Through the statistical analysis function module,the overall cost of each project can be analyzed from multiple aspects,and various financial expenditure items within the project can be analyzed in detail,so as to provide effective data support for the optimization of project management.Through the test and analysis of the system,it shows that the functions of the engineering information integrated management system developed in this paper are stable and the page display is normal,which can provide good information management services for the majority of engineering management personnel.In the future work,the system is prepared to increase the performance assessment function of the staff and evaluate the attendance rate and the quality of work in two aspects.In addition,more statistical and analytical indicators will be proposed for better statistics and analysis of predetermined targets.
