Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Bus Reform

Making practical and scientific official vehicle using system (short for official vehicle system in this thesis) is an important countermeasure released by the nation, aiming to settle down the typical problems in this field. It is also a vital way to catch up with the new tendency, in the mean time, an important content to executive the construction of the honesty and incorruption, an urgent requisite to response to the public opinion and the object of changing the role of the government.This thesis has been based on the using reform of the official vehicle (short for official vehicle reform in this thesis), exploring the subject of official vehicle in Jiangxi Province, has introduced the research background and the meaning of this reform, the existing research and application situation of official vehicles management system at home and abroad has been compared and the leading task of the thesis has been specified, namely, to analyze and design an vehicle management system by way of the software development. In the part of Profession Analysis, the structure and the existing problems, the original procedure of the vehicle management system have been covered and the enhanced procedure has been given. When the function of reform system is being analyzed, this thesis has been spotlighted by analyzing and describing the samples. Furthermore, the general functional and the sub-functional diagrams have been provided, which include information, subsidy, management, auditing & inspection, alerting management. In the part of Statistic Analysis, all the required statistics have been analyzed and UML modeled and the practical relation diagram and data base graph have been built. At the end of the thesis, the conclusion of the analysis and designing of vehicle management system of Jiangxi Province has been made and the perspective has been further pictured.
