Nowadays,cars have gradually become the essential tools of people's daily life and work.However,the increasing number of official vehicles also caused more serious problems.Some medium-sized domestic companies start to establish a management information system to solve the nut.But,there are still many problems,such as: single function,uncomprehensive system coverage,and complex operations and terrible users' experience.After taking them into consideration and combined with the main demand of official vehicles management system,we designed and implemented a Web-based management system of official vehicles.This paper describes the process of system design and implementation.The main research work are as follows.(1)This article is introduces the background and significance of official vehicles management systems,and their development situation in domestic and aboard.The paper try to design a set of suitable official vehicles management system for different enterprises.Combined the above knowledge,this paper put forward research ideas and methods of official vehicles management system for Web-based.It also tries to conceive a prototype of the system and build a unified platform within the company to meet a improved request.The final goal is make a comprehensive improvement in some aspects,such as basic information of the company's official vehicles,vehicles ledger,purchasing,allocating,dispatch,remind management,the cost and system management.(2)In this paper,the relevant theory and technology mainly describes the relevant technologies required by the system.Firstly,it analyzes the key technologies of Web-operation,including Java language and features of JSP technology.As for the structure of official vehicles management systems,we make a reasonable choice between the B/S structure and C/S structure.During the developing process,the development methodology of systems also choose the rapid prototyping system which allows developers and users to make system improvements according to the real situation.In this way the system becomes perfect,and closer to the requirements of official vehicles management.(3)System requirements analysis proposed the main core subsystems of official vehicles management system,including: basic information management,vehicles ledger,dispatch management,remind management,cost management,system management and other subsystems.This part combed functional requirements of overall system.In the analysis of role section analyze the major role in the system including vehicle managers,vehicle drivers,department heads,application and system administrators.It designs each corresponding function of each subsystem by case diagram in the functional requirements analysis.Finally,the paper proposes maintainability and extendibility of the non-functional requirements of the system,the interface also should be beautiful and easy to operate.(4)The overall design of the system,introduces the principles of system design,including: Advanced principle,the principle of development,security principles.System architecture design which more clear display of the system architecture features.Activity diagram analysis was used in functional design,making the design of the system more fit the needs of enterprises.Class diagram design to determine the system entity class,and the relationship between the entity class.Finally,the design of the database table for the system requirements of the data in-depth analysis,design a more reasonable database structure.(5)The implementation of system,considering the system operating environment and development at the beginning and choses the reasonable one.Finally,the paper gives the key code and effect diagram.Based on the above research,this system try to improve the work quality and efficiency of the official vehicle management,and achieve the greatest degree of economic savings and time costs of enterprises.
