The writer set forth concisely the meaning and problem solved of the thesis.Then he ascertained the main content and work from his practical work and provided the backdrop of research and analysis of Guiyang twenty-seventh middle school incentive performance pay management.The system analysis researched explicit original business process management from original manual management business process and found the deficiency.Then on this basis the original business process were optimized and reforged to be more scientific and reasonable.These business process were described.The functional analysis were carried out on the basis of optimized business process.Then the system overall use case diagrams and sub-use case diagrams were gained.The relationship of role and function in the system were identified.The use case descriptions were given.For further description of system function the overall function package diagram were goven.Then through refining overall function package diagram the thesis gave sub-function package diagrams,including basic information management, performance pay standard management, performance calculation, performance payroll, objections management, system management and so on.The data of the system needs to be used were analyzed through the class diagram, the abbreviated diagram,the entity class relationship diagram.Then the database relationship tables were given for the effective preservation of the operation results of the system. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
