Internship is vocational education vigorously pursued a talents training mode, for vocational colleges, the talent training quality improving plays a key supporting role. At present, most of the higher vocational colleges post practice management is generally by school guidance teachers or counselors through visits, telephone, e-mail and other way to understand some general situation or needs to coordinate and solve problems, and then the data information by way of manual statistics reported to the relevant departments and personnel, to implement the final solution. This way, not only the number of intermediate links, wasted a lot of time, communication is not smooth and practice students in internships encountered in the process of the actual problem is not resolved in a timely manner. Which leads to the implementation of the teaching content is not in place, high quality teaching resources are difficult to share, internship performance computational difficulties, results in practice is difficult to accumulate and other issues, it is difficult to achieve the target of the internship.Higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents with high skills as the main purpose, the internship is students theoretical knowledge into practical ability plays an important role in the process of education is an important mode of talents training of higher vocational colleges. Internship for students to go on, formally entered the social actual work provides a transition platform. Employment oriented, actively do a good job of the internship, to set up the student’s employment concept, and improve students’ vocational ability has a far-reaching significance. Through the internship training to enable students to enter the actual social work environment as soon as possible to adapt to jobs and improve the employment competitiveness of students.Through the study of this paper, focusing on on C / S mode and the B / S mode, J2 EE technology, AJAX technology and MVC three layer architecture technology are discussed, the internship management system server follow the persistence layer, logic layer, business layer hierarchical: client according to a framework layer and display layer, frame layer frame on the basis of Ajax, strengthen the JavaScript code reuse and custom component reuse; display layer in accordance with div + CSS design, the content and format of the separation of control. Different levels of business application module organic combination, support for the split and the integration of the third party system, effectively break the information island. Intuitive and convenient access definition mechanism, the use of different users, different roles in the system. Then, the design and implementation of the system are discussed, and finally the system interface and the system is tested.
