Work Supervision Information Platform System

With the high-speed rapid development of computer information technology, the functional government departments more and more emphasized on informatization construction and continuously improved office automation level. They utilized high-tech information measures to continuously perfect the drawbacks in traditional service mode, and tried best to improve office ability and efficiency. Information-based office has become the indispensable part in daily work of various functional government departments. The traditional paper-based office is low in efficiency and high in cost, which can no longer meet high-speed operation administrative office requirements. Even if adopting original stand-alone data software, there exists a series of problems such as deficiency of data sharing function or tedious operation, interdepartmental software system cannot be mutually linked, data cannot be shared, and synergistic work cannot be conducted, causing limited improvement in office efficiency, one-sided information mastering, and deficiency of information comprehensiveness. Meanwhile, there lacks efficient verification measure on data authenticity. Various departments need to repeatedly construct respective basic data while gathering information, which generates the huge waste of public resources.Therefore, a set of interdepartmental and real-time collaborative work supervisory system seems to be of great necessity. How to effectively utilize business data and business capability of various departments to achieve reutilization and integrated innovation of information assets and establish one set of network data exchange system to achieve data interconnection and interworking via data exchange integration and network application integration shall be of great significance.By virtue of above survey and research, this paper established one set of work supervisory information platform system for government units. Such system can facilitate the smooth interaction and handling of interdepartmental data in network, and achieve the purpose of collaborative office and supervisory office via eliminating the difference and complexity of interdepartmental work collaboration relying upon network data exchange.This research jointly constructed one standard, expandable, unified, secure and friendly data exchange platform system mainly basing on SQL Server database and ASP language technology and by virtue of the construction of application database system, information server bus, security guarantee, and human-machine interaction.This paper firstly expounded on the demand survey analysis of work supervisory information platform system, and then introduced the overall technical framework adopted by system and how to design data structure framework. In addition, it presented the key technology applied by system, the basic platform setup was implemented via B/S architecture, data storage and flow was implemented via SQL Server database, and back-end data processing and the display and operation of front-end data was implemented via ASP technology. The final part of this paper illustrated system design implementation and system testing.
