With the rapid development of network technology, the majority of countries have information management as a focus of common concern. In the larger environment of information management, equipment management information played a powerful role, effectively promote the development of national or regional cultural, economic, social and national institutions to achieve standardized management device in the device management, collaborative work improve efficiency, facilitate communication open up a new leather innings.Taking Maritime Search and Rescue Centre in Jiangxi Province, analysis of their work units suitable equipment management information system. First, this paper introduces the background research status and stage equipment management system similar system, and carry out research to develop a specific plan, consider the use of object-oriented analysis of the way the system of three different levels of study.
