Research And Analysis Of The Equipment Management System Of The Provincial E-government Data Center Of Yunnan Provincial Information Technology Center (Phase I)

This paper introduces the project background and the current research and application status of CREMS,and discusses the urgency and importance of the project construction,and discusses the method and technology.This paper analyzes the existing management organization and business process of the information center computer room management,and puts forward the design target of the system.In business analysis,we made an analyzes on the existing problems,organizational structure,business process.Finally designed a series of improved business process.The functional analysis for resource management system was conducted.We analyzed and described the system function clearly by UML use case diagram.Based on the analyze of function of system,we review all the functional use cases again,in order to list all the related information object.After we get the list of objects,we abstract them into entity classes and analyze their relationship by entity class relation diagram.According to properties and relations of entity classes,we designed the data structure and data type for main database tables of the system.Through the analysis of system requirements and the overall design,I have an in-depth understanding on information center computer equipment management process,and can skilled use the UML modeling technology,database modeling technology to analyze related business processes.
