| Promoting poverty alleviation and development is an important strategic of CPC Central Committee and State Council, which has a positive meaning for economic and social development in poor areas. The governments of Guangdong Province and Jiangmen City have introduced a number of programs to promote urban and rural poverty alleviation and development. By considering local condition, Taishan City has added new content on the basis of Jiangmen City, and developed a new specific program on poverty alleviation programs. However, Taishan City currently uses Jiangmen city’s poverty alleviation and development information management system, which has only information of poor villages and poor households in rural areas, In addition, the system is mainly used by Poverty Alleviation Office staff and poor villages managers. It is unable to meet the new requirements in poverty alleviation programs. Therefore, under the guidance of the current Taishan City’s poverty alleviation program, a new poverty alleviation and development information management system need to be developed for the promotion poverty alleviation and development work in Taishan City.The paper introduces the research background and significance of Taishan City’s poverty alleviation and development information management systems, related works and applications are also demonstrated. Then we clearly describe the content and main jobs. In business analysis section, the system problems, the organization and original business processes are analyzed, new business processes are proposed; In functional analysis section, we introduce the use-case analysis and use case descriptions, then we describe the system function and the function package diagram; In data analysis section, we analyze the data used in the system and get relational diagram of entity class, then table structures in database are established; Finally, we summarize the research and propose further works. |
