Research And Analysis On The Reform And Management System Of Labor Reform In Panyu Prison

Along with the speeding up of the process of building the rule of law, the labor management system of the criminals is becoming more and more perfect. Prison labor reform appraisal is a timeliness strong work, examination results will affect criminals of commutation and parole, using computer information technology to establish labor reform criminal appraisal management system will make assessment work more scientific, standardized, rigorous, efficient.This paper first introduces the labor reform appraisal management system of Panyu prisoners of the research background, significance and status of research and application at present, the main work of the thesis and research contents; the second chapter in the business analysis, the existing problems, organizational structure, the original business process are analyzed, and gives the business process optimization after the transformation, in particular the Panyu prison (will river company) the organization chart illustrates the structure of the Panyu prison, prison labor appraisal management system frame diagram illustrates what are the specific criminal appraisal content, the original main business of criminals’ labor classification management, classification of criminal labor quota, criminals’ labor value and the criminal work assessment management, assessment of Offenders (Awards) award. System consists of overall function diagram and sub function diagram and specific sub graph function with labor classification management package diagram, labor quota management, labor score management package diagram, labor management assessment package diagram, labor reward management package diagramIn data analysis, the every function of system of the need to deal with data were analyzed, given the entity relationship diagram, the establishment of a database table structure; finally, the dissertation summarizes the analysis and study of the work and further work is prospected.
