But along with the rapid expansion of the university scale and constant reform of the education systems, bringing networks and other information technologies into university teaching and management is very urgent. In this article, the teaching quality evaluation system based on Web is a high efficient, convenient and adaptive online evaluating system.Firstly, the article investigates and studies the university quality of teaching evaluation work thoroughly, then carries on the demand analysis and the system design to the system, elaborates the design and the realization of the system database, elaborates various subsystems concrete realization in detail as well as the key technologies, finally has analyzed the insufficiency and the corresponding improvement measure. This system realized the control of the user to register, the evaluation information input, the inquiry, the computation, the statistics, the analysis, the data maintenance as well as the printing report form and so on.The system is based on mixed B/S and C/S architecture. Taking Windows Server 2003 as the software development platform and ASP. NET as the tool of a sever terminal exploitation. The development language selects C#.NET, taking SQL Server 2000 as the background database and carries on the database management operation using the ADO.NET database technology, has realized the teaching quality evaluation system based on the Web.
