Research And Analysis Of Teacher Teaching Evaluation System In Kunming City School Of Finance And Commerce

Building up the ranks of teachers and improving the quality of education are important measures to comprehensively deepen the reform in education in the new era.Along with the development of the“internet +education",the application of new technology and equipment like internet?big data?mobile APP in the education,great changes have taken place in the teaching means?methods and contents.It is necessary to reform the teaching evaluation system,to shorten the evaluation period and to get the result in time.This thesis takes the teaching evaluation system of the Kunming financial and commercial school as the research carrier,research in combination with software engineering knowledge and focuses on the following tasks:(1)By analyzing the background,the significance and the relevant research and application status of the system development,the research direction,content and main work of the thesis are put forward.(2)During the business analysis,the problems existed in the school,the institution setting and the situation of the present business process are analyzed.The business case is obtained and is introduced into the system.Therefore,the optimized business process is obtained.(3)During the functional analysis,the system use cases and use case specifications are drawn out on the basis of the optimized business process.After defining the system function,the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram are given.(4)During the data analysis,eight modules which contains the teaching evaluation index?the student evaluation?the peer teacher evaluation?the teacher self-assessment?the expert evaluation?the evaluation result feedback?the basic information and the system management are analyzed according to the use case diagram and its description.Then the class diagram is extracted.As the related data are analyzed,the entity relationship class diagram is given and the database table structure is established.(5)In conclusion,all the research and analysis work which has been done throughout the thesis is summarized and an outlook of the future work is provided.The construction of the teaching evaluation system is good to arouse the teachers' enthusiasm in teaching research.to make the Kunming financial and commercial school a more competitive secondary vocational school with teaching characteristic,and to cultivate more high-quality talents for the country.
