With the continuous development of Internet technology in recent years, a large number of new media are produced, for example: twitter, the network client, etc. The new media share a large number of audiences and market of traditional media. Due to the development of new media in China starts late, for the new media in the process of information transmission rules and constraint mechanism is not yet perfect, resulting in new media and traditional media exist in such aspects as information copyright more collisions. Collision between new media and traditional media, however, is not for either I or he eliminated competition, but in the process of the collision has achieved both advantage complementary, and ultimately realize the effective integration of the two. Therefore, the collision and fusion between new media and traditional media are studied, for promoting both the developing and perfecting of has a certain practical and theoretical significance.In this paper, we analyzes the collision and fusion between new media and traditional media with "Guangzhou daily" against "Headlines today" as an example. In this paper, the main research content includes the following several aspects:(1) Introduction. For this article selected topic background, research purpose and meaning, domestic and foreign research present situation has carried on the brief overview;(2) the traditional media and new media theory and current situation of the development overview;(3) through to the case analysis through the elaboration of new media and traditional media impact, found the necessity of the new media and traditional media fusion.(4) to the status quo of the current domestic new media and traditional media fusion are analyzed, and probes into the problems existing in the fusion process between the two.(5) based on the analysis of above problems as a result, put forward the corresponding countermeasures;(6), has carried on the induction summary to the full text research content and research direction in the future was prospected.Through the research of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1) the traditional media and new media in the collision in the development of the current main performance is: the interests of the collision, copyright collisions and collision information source, the reason is that the laws and regulations define the fuzziness and diversity of public access to information way.(2) the traditional media and new media in the fusion process mainly include the following aspects: the whole media process reengineering model, all the media production cluster model, the traditional media spread value.(3) the traditional media and new media, the main problems existing in the process of integration lies in system and mechanism is not sound, the market is not mature, the production mode is not mature and so on six aspects.(4) in order to promote new media and traditional collision mitigation and fusion, this paper respectively from strengthen the advantage of new media and traditional media enterprise integration, establish and improve the fusion rules, promote the interactive development, and enhance the core competitiveness and so on four aspects proposed the corresponding countermeasures.To sum up, through the study of this article can clearly found that the collision and fusion of current new media and traditional media development situation. Not both the solution of the collision and fusion of provides an important theoretical reference and practical basis.
