The digital ages has been already come. Various new medias, leading by the Internet, are entering the communication realm in succession. The new media has an innate advantage in the spreading way, so there is an impact of the new media against the traditional media. In recent years, the compact is more powerful, having already caused the dispersion of the advertisements, the audiences and the persons with ability of the traditional media, especially the paper medium. Someone even thinks the winter of the traditional media will come soon. This text will analyze and resolve the problem how the traditional media deals with the relationship to the new media, facing the powerful impact and the inner crises. It will analysis the problem with the developmental perspective. It will present the process of the development and the expansion of the new media. It will also present the condition today. It will try to find out the development rule between the new things and the old things from the history .It will draw lessons from the process of the foreign media industry and make an analysis to the advantages and the shortcomings of the new and the old media. It will point out how to locate the relationship between the traditional media and the new one. It will find out the strategic direction and concrete contents of the integration. I hope it will have some realistic significance to the resources integration of the local media.
