Microblogging provides another channels of communication and expressing space for professional media workers, they joined Microblogging one after another and quickly become the striking active groups in Microblogging environment. The numerous media workers’ Microblogging have played a positive role in the aspect of full communicating and sharing information, enhancing the media brand value and communicating with each other between the traditional media and new media. But in media workers’ Microblogging speech, appeared the phenomenon of conflict between the "private" component of social roles and the "public" rights in the role of the media worker.This paper will study from the current situation, anomic behaviors and counter measures in the use of the media worker’s Microblogging through the "V" certification of media workers’ Microblogging text. First of all, this paper used the content analysis method, selected the "V" certification of media workers’ Sina Microblogging to conduct a sample survey, summed up their behavior characteristics of occurrence phases, the value of media workers’ Microblogging on social media platform, as well as the special property of the media worker’s Microblogging. Secondly, through the long-term observation, the author expounded media worker’s Microblogging current problems and reasons, focouses on the media ethics and occupation moral perplexity caused by the media worker’s dual identity in the Microblogging. At last, for the anomie behavior in the media worker’s Microblogging, this paper will provide some suggestions for healthy development of media worker’s Microblogging.
