| Based on documentary research and file research,this paper make a study on the current status of the archival management software in the practical application in archival management work in China. The article is divided into four sections. The main contents are as follows: The first chapter describes the background and significance of the research, research content and methods, the difficulties, lack and innovation of this research, and also in this chapter has mainly combs on the research of archival management software at home and abroad. Chapter Ⅱoutlined archival management software, include the characteristics,functions and development history of the software; Chapter Ⅲoutlined the function and performance,make practical application analysis sound with the “TH-AMS 2010 archival management system ” and “NDSTAR archival management system(6.0)”. The information and data all achieve by field visits and practical investigation.Chapter Ⅳ, the writer dig some problems when the software were applied in different organizations or company in this chapter, all this analysis according to plenty of record and date which achieved by practical investigation. then, put forward methods to solve this problems on four aspects such as function and performance、exploit and design、standard building and manage institution. |
