Study On Village Planning Of Guanzhong Area Based On Rural Tourism

In recent years, with the gradual normalization of interest tourism and urban tourism, urban development and rural construction to further improve, existing tourism resources cannot satisfy people’s demand, people wish more enjoyment of travelling, and the tourism development tendency of rural, rural tourism also arises at the historic moment. Rural tourism with its unique geographical characteristics, living environment, people’s customs and habits, the local natural scenery, agricultural production and so on to become a very unique tourism resources. Currently, the gap between urban and rural regions is constantly widening, accompanied with many problems occurring in the development of tourism, which is urgent and easily gives rise to the same features of different village. Guanzhong region has abundant cultural resource and countryside travel is rapidly expanded, there exists a great deal of challenges and opportunities. The planning of village’s development should be at rural travel’s perspective because it can supply a reference related to the development patterns in this area lately and make the country culture and tourism, village planning and growth co-exist.This paper thoroughly describes the concepts of rural tourism, village planning and discusses elementary theory of village planning at the perspective of rural tourism. With regard to the strong regional characteristics of the Guanzhong area, it can provide a reference for village planning through on-the-spot visit. This paper analyzes current circumstance of expansion and resource utilized and some shortcomings and deficiencies at the background of rural travel. It also expounds the principle; aim and thinking of hamlet program and proposes some planning scheme, strategy and suggestions. Finally, this article takes Yuanjia village as an excellent case to specifically analyze the questions of hamlet planning development and implementation. It also puts forward replicable models for village development and planning and explores the prospects in the future.This paper theoretically clears up and expounds related theory of countryside tour and hamlet program. In practice, selecting Guanzhong district of Shaanxi Province as the entry point, researching in the regional culture, countryside tourism and part of village development, making comments to improve shortages existed of village program and summarizing the replicable models for village development and planning, which not only benefit deeply research and explorations of hamlet planning, but provide a practical and effective consultation for village development and planning as well.
