The road surface can be paved with seals and asphalt simultaneously by Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment, and then rolled in time, which is called Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing technology. Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment is the core of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing technology.This paper analyzed the current status, the developing trend and advanced technology of the equipment in both domestic and foreign areas. In this paper, the idiographic functions and compositions of the control system are confirmed according to the construction demand, configuration and working environment. The elements to control asphalt amount is analyzed. Then the project based on DSP TMS320LF2407 is brought forward.The circuits are designed with separate parts, such as speed detecting, temperature detecting, PWM circuit and so on; the proper control principles are set up to satisfy the work requires, the PID mathematics module, used for adjusting rotation, is given; the complex logic transform relation is simplified with the logic transform matrix.The processes are compiled with C and assemble language in CCS, which have been passed. The math model of the control system is upbuilt mainly to the part that controls the rotate speed of asphalt pump. And the characteristic is analyzed. PID parameters are confirmed according to simulation. The stability of control system is improved after revised and the demand for precision is satisfied.
