Study On Crushed Stone Spreading System Of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment

The road surface can be paved with seals and asphalt simultaneously by Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment, and then rolled in time, which is called Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing technology. It mainly used in surface processing of road and it can also be used in repairing of low grade road.In my paper frist I analyzed the technology status of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment which now is in used in and out of our country. Accroding to the problem of Crushed Stone Spreading System of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment, I chose one kind of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment that I considerd to more used in and out of our country,and studied the Crushed Stone Spreading System.Based on the research achievements of Mechanics of flow in disperse systems, I brought forward the physics model of flow of rock-crushed inside the hopper and the mathematics formula which showd that how the Hopper door influence number of crushed-stone in one minute; I contrasted it with experiment data and validated it;Put forward the control policy of crussed.In the end, I designed the control system of crussed with CrossFire MXlb, manufactured by the company of CC-SYSTEMS.The result of the experiment shows that the control system can be used.
