Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment is focus on paving with seals and asphalt simultaneously and rolling them in time in order to form the asphalt abrading monolayer.With the background of the research of Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment in XI'AN ROAD CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD, the thesis analyzes the current status, the developing trend and modern technology of the equipment in both domestic and foreign areas. With analysis of working characteristics and working environment of the equipment, control principle of asphalt spraying system and frame of the control system are given. The modular designing method was used in the control system. The control system is divided into three modules, i.e., asphalt spraying control system, display and communicating modules. Moreover, the thesis presented the implementation measure of every module and confirmed the key technical parameters at the same time. Furthermore, the implementation method of each module is presented, as while as the key technical parameters. The SanY Motion Controller (SYMC) and the color liquid crystal display SYLD were selected as the controller and display equipment. The flat of communication was built on the basis of CAN bus. The hardware designing was completed. Under the program environment ISaGRAF, the control program is made. The program debugging and experiments were carried out on the software platform and the trial board. The test was carried out to prove the effectiveness of the control system. The design aim was reached and the further improving measures were proposed.
